BIRDING AROUND IRON RANGE

BIRD OF THE DAY  - PALM COCKATOO
We had a full day birding around the greater Iron Range area and as a result we had a far greater bird list than yesterday. The day started with great views of one of the Cape York specials; Palm Cockatoo. It is not a surprise that this bird was voted Bird of the Day!
